You may use Lime & Kiwi Designs graphics without credit for personal use only, where no money is exchanged.

Examples of use:

✓ If you have created a personal item, such as a one-off t-shirt or mug design, credit is not required.

✓ If you have created activity or educational packs for your class, credit is not required. Even if you decide to redistribute this product and you are not exchanging it for money, credit is still not required.

X If you have created a product, and provide it for free on a store; this is classed as commercial use and you will need to provide credit. No-Credit and Commercial licenses do not cover products provided for free in this manner.

You can provide credit to us either in your items description area OR in/on the product itself. As long as our business name is easy to read, and it is clear that the item with our design is linked to us, this will be adequate enough!

✓ Yes! You can alter the images in almost any way you’d like, if you have the means to. Please be aware though that the copyright of the image still belongs to Lime and Kiwi Designs, even after alteration.

X Do not alter the images in any way that causes offense to anyone.

X Do not alter the images and claim them as your own design.

Once you have bought graphics from Lime and Kiwi Designs, only the purchaser may use them since the license is granted to them, and them only.

None of our licenses allow you to share your purchased clipart with anyone.

You may NOT:
X Gift purchased graphics to someone else.
X Share the download link.
X Post the artwork up onto a website allowing others to download and use them (within sets/kits or individually).
X Sell or Rent the artwork.
X Exchange with someone else.

You DO NOT own any of the graphics after purchasing them. It is against copyright law to take artwork and claim them as your own.

It is strictly prohibited to sell purchased graphics as part of a digital scrapbook or scrapbook elements kit.

However, you may use Lime and Kiwi Designs graphics for your own PERSONAL scrapbook projects only, whether they be digital or printed. If you are to share your projects with anyone, then the artwork must be flattened and leave no opportunity for elements to be extracted.

You may use Lime & Kiwi Designs graphics WITH CREDIT, unless a specific license is purchased.

Yep! You may indeed use Lime and Kiwi Designs graphics for printed physical products.

Please keep in mind however that should you be printing for mass-production (where you are paying for over 1000 items to be made for commercial sale), then a specific Mass-Production License must be purchased. For more information on this, please visit our licensing page.

If you want to use any graphics for digitally downloadable products, then you MUST flatten all artwork and be certain that it cannot be edited or extracted. Any products containing the graphics MUST NOT have the possibility of being personalised by the end user. For example, creating personalised certificates using Canva templates. For further examples, please see the list below.

If you are using the images in PDF documents, then you must guarantee that they cannot be editable or that assets cannot be extracted (such as in programs like Adobe Illustrator or otherwise). This can be achieved by either flattening artwork, or implementing password protection.

Examples of acceptable digital products will be:

✓ Uneditable eBooks

✓ Downloadable printables where content is flattened

✓ Secured Boom cards

✓ Video content

✓ Interactive educational digital platform content where images and text are secure

✓ Mobile game apps where content is not able to be personalised

Graphics are available for use on websites, but they MUST:

• Be flattened into a JPEG or non-transparent PNG file (it must  have a white background)
• Not exceed 72 dpi, and must not be extractable. 
• Not be sold in an offline or online computer template (such as for WordPress or Canva), and if you are producing work for a client – it must be part of a unique design to them.

You are free to use any graphics purchased in your logo design, but you must keep in mind that it will not be exclusive to you. You cannot trademark your logo and you do not gain copyright from purchasing the graphics. Others are free to use the same images in their own logos if they so wish. 

You must not design and sell any logo which contains any Lime & Kiwi Designs graphics. All logos must be either for personal use or your own business. 

As always, credit must be given where possible unless a specific license is purchased.

You can use Lime & Kiwi Designs Graphics in your embroidery designs commercially or for personal use, for both digital and physical formats.

However, please keep in mind that if sold, your customers CANNOT use the graphics to resell, and embroidery sold MUST be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY. 

You are to credit Lime & Kiwi Designs if the graphics are used commercially, unless a No-Credit or Commercial license has been purchased.

You are free to use our graphics within mobile apps and themes but you MUST give credit to Lime & Kiwi Designs. You cannot take our graphics and claim it as your own design.

When using our graphics in your themes or apps, you must guarantee that they cannot be personalised or extracted in any way. 

Examples of personalisation are:

X Custom avatars

X Editing text (such as adding a name)

X Making custom printables (such as certificates or worksheets)

X Digital greeting cards (where personalised messages or designs can be added)

✓ Acceptable use of our graphics would be for games where the above examples do not interfere.

Yes! You are allowed to use our graphics to create videos with the intent of uploading them to video streaming services.

Rules on usage:

X You are NOT allowed to use our clipart to promote a product (unless it is part of a product. For example, our graphics are printed on a mug or part of an educational lesson package). 

X You CANNOT use our graphics to promote hate or create harmful viewing material with them.

X You CANNOT claim the graphics as your own. 

✓ You MAY use our graphics for personal use on Youtube.

✓ You MAY use our graphics for educational use on Youtube with credit given (unless a no-credit or commercial license is purchased). Credit must be provided in the video itself.

X Not right now.

At the moment we do not allow our graphics to be used on Twitch or other live streaming services. This includes using our graphics for backgrounds, user icons, or Twitch emotes.

You MAY NOT use any of our designs in any graphics that promotes hate crime, racism, sexism, or any content that could pose harmful to another person.

By purchasing and using our graphics, you agree that Lime & Kiwi Designs ARE NOT to be held accountable should any lawsuits arise from any activities (business or likewise) of the purchaser of the graphics.
