Our Standard License
Allows personal and limited commercial use.
Credit must be provided to

Our No-Credit License
Allows you to use 1 (one) purchased Lime and Kiwi Designs pack without needing to provide credit to us.
Our Commercial License
Allows you to use all of your purchased Lime and Kiwi Designs packs without needing to provide credit to us.
Our Mass-Production License
Allows you to produce over our
fixed production limits for
1 (one) purchased
Lime and Kiwi Designs pack.
A license is an electronic document/agreement that allows you to use the graphics you have purchased from Lime and Kiwi Designs for your own projects.
They usually have limitations, but these can be extended (or removed entirely) by purchasing other licenses or license extensions.

No, we do not provide clipart packs with any of our licenses. All clipart packs must be purchased separately.
You can provide credit to us either in your items description area OR in/on the product itself. As long as our business name is easy to read, and it is clear that the item with our design is linked to us, this will be adequate enough!

Yes! If you purchase a clipart bundle, it counts as a single purchased clipart pack.
So, if you purchase a license, please let us know it is to cover the use of a bundle (along with proof of your purchase) for it to qualify. For more information on how to do this, please read the terms of use in the license description before purchase.
You DO NOT own any of the graphics after purchasing them. It is against copyright law to take artwork and claim them as your own.
Copyright will always belongs to Lime & Kiwi Designs.
You ARE NOT allowed to resell any graphics, share or exchange graphics with anyone else, even if it is intended for personal use.
Graphics purchased can only be handled by the purchaser. By buying from Lime & Kiwi Designs, you agree to all the terms and conditions held within the store policy.
You are NOT allowed to use any of our graphics for commercial use without crediting Lime and Kiwi Designs correctly, unless a No-Credit or Commercial license has been purchased.
All of our clipart packages include our Standard License. This means that all content within the packs purchased are available for Personal/Non-Profit use without credit.
With credit given to Lime & Kiwi Designs, the Standard License also includes:
✓ Commercial use for manufacturing physical items up to 1000 units in a single production run
✓ Commercial Digital items of up to 800 purchases per month
✓ Commercial Print-on-demand (PoD) items with up to 800 purchases per month
You can use the designs commercially as long as you provide credit to us either in your items description area OR in/on the product itself. As long as our business name is easy to read, and it is clear that the item with our design is linked to us, this will be adequate enough!

Our Standard License
Our Standard License, which is provided with each Lime and Kiwi Designs clipart pack!
We offer licenses for those who do not want to provide credit to Lime and Kiwi Designs within their projects or products. We currently have two licenses available for purchase.
Our No-Credit License:
The No-Credit License applies to ONE (1) of your purchased clipart packs. With this license, you do not have to provide credit to Lime and Kiwi Designs for any products that use that one clipart pack.
Restrictions:
X You must be aware that you cannot transfer the No-Credit license from one clipart pack to another.
- For example, if you bought two clipart packs (we’ll call them Pack 1 and Pack 2), you cannot transfer the No-Credit license you purchased for Pack 1 to Pack 2, or visa versa. You would have to purchase an additional No-Credit license if you don’t want to provide credit for either packs.
X Please also note that clipart bundles count as a single clipart pack if purchased, meaning that this license covers all three packs included in that bundle!

Our Commercial License:
If you do not want to give credit for ALL of your purchased Lime and Kiwi Designs clipart packs in any of your projects or products, you must purchase the Commercial License.

When you make and sell a product that uses Lime and Kiwi Designs graphics, you are limited to how many products you can make and sell at one time.
Are you currently:
- Manufacturing more than 1000 physical items at once (for example, printing 1000 t-shirts at once to hold as stock) with the intent of selling?
- Selling a digital product online that is being purchased more than 800 times per month that contain our graphics?
- Selling more than 800 units of a print-on-demand (POD) product per month that contain our graphics?
If you answered yes to any of the above, you will need to purchase a Mass-Production license. You must purchase a Mass-Product license for each clipart pack that is being used for a product that has exceeded the above limits.
